I am writing regarding one of your employees. Sadly, I do not know his name & couldn't get the license plate number. I am an employee across the street from the Lake post office. I noticed an elderly gentleman struggling to walk into the post office. As I grabbed my sweater to offer assistance a gentleman was walking out of the post office. He initially held the door for the man but realized he wasnt walking well at all. Your employee stayed with him the entire time. He helped him into the post office & back out to his car. This was not a quick process ( approx. 20-25 minutes). I was very touched to see a selfless act. Seems so simple but keep in mind others just walked past. After witnessing this I will surely be calling your company for any heating/cooling needs in the future. I will also be spreading the word that this is the kind of employees that your company employs. I hope you don't find this email as an annoyance, I just wanted you to know & maybe you can find out who this was & recognize him for his act.
